1. Prevalence of moral and ethical principles and revival of Hawza traditions;

3. Reinforcement of Qur’anic skills and formation of a deep connection and affection with the divine revelations and the holy Prophet’s (SAW) and Ahl-ul-Bait’s (AS) spiritual legacy;

4. Expansion and deepening of spiritual morale and upbringing of a comprehensive, balanced, equiponderant personality, and reinforcement of social and political insight;

5. Enabling students with administrative, propagational, artistic, literary and professional skills in form of supporting the activities, associations and cultural, propagational and media institutions, and offering practical trainings proportionate to the international requirements;

6. Establishment of the system of timely identification of the existing or potential ethical damages in students and planning for their solution or improvement;

7. Efforts for fulfilling the educational and ethical needs of families and providing their physical and psychological health and exhilaration, and making the opportunities for interaction of the students with their families and children who are the valuable and promising wealth of the future;

8. Paying attention to cultural differences and reducing racial and ethnic preconceptions;

9. Making the physical training and sports pervasive, and making the most of the leisure time of students, their families and children;

10. Taking into consideration the renovation, reconstruction, equipping and expansion of cultural and ethical capacities, using latest technologies;

11. Trying to make residential complexes and houses of residence into ethical environments;

12. Reinforcement and expansion of consultation based on diagnosis, treatment and direction, using scientific methods and practicing consultations based on field researches and investigations;

13. Institutionalising ethical and educational consultations;

14. Striving for constant assessment of all procedures in admission, educational, research, financial, administrative, human resources, etc…sections of the University, based on the ethical principles and attributes.
