Importance and Necessity:

The constant increase in social and personal issues and the necessity of responding to these issues by religious scholars have necessitated the expansion of jurisprudence in relation to the changes and developments of the events. The expansion can not be achieved unless jurisprudence knowledge became a specialized course. And one of the major fields in jurisprudence is the religious laws regarding worshipping.

Accordingly, Al-Mustafa International University, as per its mission, has organized the specialized program concentrating on worshipping jurisprudence. It is hoped that through provision of the grounds, the field of jurisprudence fulfill the jurisprudential requirements in the field of worshipping jurisprudence.

Role and Effectiveness:

Since the graduates have acquired a critical understanding of jurisprudence, they can answer the questions and doubts raised about Islam’s religious laws; they can also critically analyze the religious laws in other religions and sects practiced throughout the world.
