Importance and Necessity:

The constant increase in social and individual issues and the necessity of responding to these issues by religious scholars have necessitated the expansion of jurisprudence in relation to the changes and developments of the events. The expansion can not be achieved unless jurisprudence knowledge became a specialized course. And one of the major fields in jurisprudence is judicial laws.

Accordingly, the Al-Mustafa International University, as per its mission, has organized the specialized program concentrating on judicial jurisprudence. It is hoped that through provision of the grounds, the field of jurisprudence could fulfill the jurisprudential requirements in the field of worshipping jurisprudence.

Role and Effectiveness:

Since the graduates have acquired a critical understanding of jurisprudence, they can answer the questions and doubts raised about Islam’s religious laws; they can also critically analyze the religious laws in other religions and sects practiced throughout the world. Also, giving judgment by non-official individuals has been common among in Islamic countries particularly the followers of Ahl-e Bayt would resort to the religious scholars to solve their disputes. Therefore, the graduates of this program can become effective legal advisors serving their fellow people and also they can work with universities and expand the Imamiyeh Jurisprudence in the judicial section.
